Getting Started

I just joined GRS. Is my website live? Is there anything I need to do?

Yes, your website including lead capture pages, tour pages, autoresponder follow-up messages and members back office are all setup and ready to go for you immediately after joining so there's nothing you need to do for setup.

The very first thing you will need to do however is to download, print, sign and fax the GRS Subscriber agreement to us ASAP. See agreement here.

Once you've done that, start marketing and driving traffic to your GRS lead capture page and the system will take over from there. Marketing help here

How can I test my website to make sure the lead capture opt-in form and call back forms are working properly?

Prospects and Call Backs are assigned in the system by email address and the system also uses 'sessions' and 'cookies' so to test your own website it is important to do the following for a successful test:

  1. Clear your browser cache (Ctrl + F5) then close all open browser windows.
  2. Open a new browser window and type in the address of one of your lead capture pages which you will find listed here.
  3. Make sure you use an email address that has never been used in the system before. We also suggest that you type in the word TEST in the first name field so that your PSA will know you are just testing the form and a call back is not necessary.
  4. After opting in to your lead capture page, you should see your test prospect displayed in your back office under 'prospects'.
  5. You can continue your test prospects tour by completing the Call Back form, using the same test email address used on your lead capture form.
  6. The test prospect should now become a Call Back in your back office.
  7. The GRS system will send you email notifications of your prospect and your Call Back requests.

How can I see the email messages that are going out to my prospects?

The easiest, best way, is to simply opt-in to your own site using the instructions given above. Remember you must use an email address that has never been used in the system before. You will then be sent the follow-up emails just as your prospects do.

You can also 'Preview' the email campaigns in your back office. Click the 'Email Campaigns' tab then click on 'View Campaigns'. Keep in mind that this is just a 'Preview' and any personalization of the email such as inserting your name and your website URL will not be done until the message is actually sent to a prospect. Personalization of the emails is done 'on the fly'.

I just got a Call Back Request! What do I do?

There is nothing for you to do at this point. Your PSA will handle the call back and then update you by posting a note for that callback with the result of their contact.

How do I connect my Passport to Wealth Managed Marketing Campaigns with my Grow Rich Systems website?

You will have to contact PPTW directly by submitting a support ticket from your PPTW members area and PPTW support department will be able to redirect your Managed Marketing Campaign to your GRS lead capture page.

How GRS works and your Members Back Office

I'm not getting my email notifications, what should I do?

  1. First verify your email address is correct: Go to "My Account" tab from the top menu bar of your back office and then go to “Account Info”.
  2. If your e-mail address is correct, please be sure to whitelist us to ensure delivery of your email notifications. See whitelisting instructions here.

If the problem persists, submit a help desk ticket to our technical department and explain your situation.

When I log into my back office, I see a (P) or a (C) next to some names on the front page. What is that?

When you first log into your back office, on the right hand side you will see your last 10 call back and prospects. The "(P)" next to a person's name indicates they are a prospect, that is someone who has opted in to see your website. If someone that opts in, requests a Call back, they will have a "(C)" next to their name.

How do I know if my website is getting any traffic or visitors?

You will know for sure if you have any opt-ins which will show up as Prospects and have "(P)" next to their name in your back office or Call Backs, which will show up with a "(C)" next to their name.
You can also check your website statistics from your back office. Once you are logged into your back office, go into "Contact Manager" and then "Statistics" The stats page may take some time to load so please be patient.

Can I import leads into my GrowRichSystems.com site?

No. We're sorry but at this time you cannot import leads lists into your site. The reason for this is we must protect our system from being shut down due to SPAM. It is expressly against the rules outlined in the Grow Rich System Subscriber Agreement to enter leads into any of your lead capture page forms or your call back request form.

Will the Grow Rich System promote my web site, or should I?

The Grow Rich System does not promote any members site. This is the chief responsibility of every member. Each subscriber is responsible for all advertising and promotion of their site. However, with all that said, we have a HUGE amount of resources in our 'How To Market' section of your Back Office.

Yes you can - in fact we highly recommend it. You can Redirect it to any of the "lead capture pages" that the Grow Rich System provides you. These are found when you log into your back office. After logging into your back office, go to "My Account", then to "My Websites".

Do I NEED another domain name for my site?

What's a Good name for a website?

We think you should always take a little time to think this one through. The domain name should tell a little something about what it is you do, or market. Most of the obvious choices will already be taken so you'll need to be a little creative. Your domain name is probably going to be 3-4 words long. Go online and see what other people use for their domain names, send a note to your sponsor to see what they recommend, or go to http://www.SilverScopeDesign.com and they will help you secure a domain name.

Is it a good idea for the domain name I choose to be short?

Yes. If possible, particularly for print, the shorter it can be the better, but its more important that it be catchy or memorable. However, again, as mentioned in the previous answer, your domain name will probably have to be about 3-4 words long. Think carefully what you want it to be.

Can I have multiple Grow Rich Systems accounts?

You could if you like but there really is no need. You see, we have already thought of this to a degree. We gave you multiple lead capture pages, each of which are totally separate, in their own, unique link. To see them, go into your Back Office, Click on "My Account", then on "My Websites".

How should I promote my site?

There are a number of ways to effectively promote your site. The Grow Rich System back office has an extensive 'How To Market' Resources area that is unmatched in the industry. There are many many resources, tips and ideas there, but in no way is advertising limited to everything there. There are literally infinite number of ways to promote your site. We do have some links on that page from vendors who have said they will send leads or traffic directly to your Grow Rich System lead capture page.

What is the secret to being successful with the Grow Rich System?

The secret to being successful with the Grow Rich System is a lot of effective advertising. The more people that are seeing your website, the more prospects your PSA will be talking to on your behalf. One sale a month, one sale a week or even one sale a day is possible, but it all comes down to massive exposure of your website.

PSA Questions

I saw a Prospect come into my website but it doesn't look like my PSA called them. What should I do?

There is nothing for you to do at this point. Your PSA does not call prospects, they only call people who have specifically asked to be called on the callback form. If your prospect requests a Call Back, your PSA will call them.

How can I be considered for a PSA position?

Terrific. We have to warn you that we are VERY selective with who those chosen to be PSAs. This is not a "try it out" kind of thing. We want people that are professionals in every regard. Integrity, skill, communications, follow through, discipline etc. If you feel you have what it takes to be a PSA, then we'd like to talk with you. Click here to fill out an application. How much do I pay my PSA once they have made a sale for me?

The current pricing you should be paying your PSA is $200 for a Passport To Wealth sale. Remember you pay them directly.

How should I pay my PSA after they completed a sale for me?

You pay them directly, in one of their preferred manners. Most PSAs will take Paypal, Google Checkout, or SafePaySolutions. We recommend you set up these digital money systems for yourself as well to make it easier to pay your PSA when you have a sale. Additionally, you have 3 days to pay them or risk having your website turned off.

How Do I change my PSA?

Very simple. Go to "My Account" then "My Info". Hit the "Change PSA" button and choose from either of the 3 options.

  1. "Be My Own PSA" in which case all of the Call Back Requests will go to you.
  2. Pick an Individual PSA from the list to handle all of your Call back requests. (remember they do not work 24 X7) If you want this option, make sure there is nothing selected under the "Group" setting.
  3. Choose a Group. ie. "Alpha Group". This is a group of PSA working in shifts to provide immediate follow- up for call backs. In our opinion, this is the best bet. Constant monitoring. Quickest Follow-up.

How do I know if my PSA is following up on my Call Backs?

Typically within an hour to 24 hours you will get an update from your PSA on the status of your call back. You will be updated in your back office. It will have all the details of the Call Back Request as well as a short note from the PSA on the result of their follow up.

Can I be my own PSA and handle my own Call Back Requests?

Yes. The Grow Rich System is designed to give you choices. If you are the kind of person that likes to follow up with your own prospects then you have the option of being your own PSA. To do this, simply go into your "Account Settings" in your back office and click the PSA button in your profile. Choose "Be my Own PSA". That's all you need to do. Now all your call back requests will go only to you and you can close them all yourself. You can not close anyone else's Callbacks though.

If I have some really good leads already, but they have not been to the Grow Rich System site, can my PSA call them anyway?
No. The Only people the PSAs call are those people who have filled out a Call Back Request from a member's site. If you have leads that have not seen the site, then we recommend you call them, email them or send them a voice broadcast message to go check out your site. You can tell them to fill out a call back request; all we want to have the PSAs talk to are people interested in PPTW marketed by the system, the system itself, or both.

What do I do if I want to cancel my account or put it on hold?

First, we'd say "We're sorry to see you go, but we know that life can throw curve balls or perhaps something just came up. We'd also like to say, you will be more than welcome to come back and we will hold your information. Go into the back office to "Support" "Contact Us". You will see a drop down box. Select "Billing". Give the appropriate Subject Line such as "Cancel my Account" or "Please put my Account on Hold" and leave any message you need to. The monthly billing is done in advance, and after the initial 3 day period of entering the site, it will not be credited or prorated back. You will NOT be billed on another however.
